Donald Youtz, Twin Falls county agent, meets with Mr. and Mrs. Tom Shouse, manager and secretary of the fairgrounds, to work on the schedule for the Twin Falls County Fair and Rodeo. Mr. and Mrs. Shouse sit behind a desk looking over a calendar and some forms and Mr. Youtz stands behind them, looking over their shoulder. An ash tray, wire basket, papers, and a name plate reading "Tom Shouse" are on top of the desk. Behind them against the back wall are some file cabinets. Some framed pictures hang on the walls. To the left is a floral-print curtained window.
